Policies

Please be aware that the following policies are in place for the benefit of you, the quality of your hair, your salon experience, and the salon experience of other guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best possible scheduling options, I require 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your visit. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 30% cancellation fee per service does apply.

Please cancel using Gloss Genuis's confirmation system or by emailing me at contact@erinmeekshair.com. Canceling via text message, Instagram message, or Facebook message is not a legitimate method to cancel an appointment. 

 

Not arriving to your scheduled appointment is considered a cancellation without notice, and is therefore subject to the 30% per service cancellation fee. I reserve the right to reject any future appointment requests should you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment.

 

Payment of the any cancellation fees will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

To ensure that I am able to stay on schedule, I allow a 15 minute grace period for all scheduled appointment times. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to either modify the scheduled services or reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule, this will be considered a cancellation without notice and a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

SERVICE REDO POLICY

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction, but sometimes I miss the mark of our goal for that appointment. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know via email, contact@erinmeekshair.com, within 7 days of your visit. I'll be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge!
