Once you decide which service best suits you, you'll book through my online booking system. You'll receive an email confirmation that also has directions on how to find my studio and where to park on the day of your appointment.

Within 24 - 48 hours of booking your appointment, I will email you with a New Guest Pre-Visit Form. This allows me to have an idea of what our focus will be during your service and will give me a chance to address any concerns you may have before you set foot in my studio. In this email, I'll also give relevant info for parking and how to easily find my studio.

You'll receive a reminder 72 hours before each visit with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit.
The Pre-Visit
I'll greet you at my studio upon your arrival and allow you a moment to get comfortable. We'll sit down and chat about your hair goals, look at inspiration photos, and narrow in on what you dislike as well. Together we'll come up with a game plan to decide how this visit will get you closer to your hair goals.

My studio is a cozy space where my time and attention belongs solely to you and your hair. We can close the door and shut out as much of the outside world as possible. Feel free to bring any work, books, a kindle, or even video games to keep you relaxed during long color services. I also love to talk and get to know you, but I'll match your vibe if you're not in the mood to talk a lot! I've got seasonal beverages and snacks, free wifi, and phone chargers to ensure you're as comfortable as possible during your stay.
The Day of
After Goodbye
Getting your hair done is only half of the journey! At the end of your appointment, I'll send you with my recommendations on how to care for your hair as well as the ideal timeframe for you to return for your next visit.

Up to a week after your appointment, I'll send you a follow-up email going over what we covered in your appointment, like routine suggestions, product recommendations, and what service I'd suggest booking in the future. Feel free to email me back with any questions!

I like to stay in touch with my guests, so you can expect an email from me every month or so! I'll give you tips and tricks on caring for your hair and keep you posted on any fun news going on with Daffodil.
